Nadia is a high performing relationship facilitator with a passion for sales, investor relations, business development and building and promoting cohesive teams.
She recently was appointed Chief Revenue Officer with Agrarius, a cutting edge start up developing solutions for sustainable farming using mycelium technology.
Over the past three years Nadia has developed a deep understanding of the life science, psychedelic industry and emerging markets.
As Director of Sales and Marketing for Psygen Labs, she played a pivotal role in creating collaborative relationships with key players and industry leaders in drug development, research, clinical operations and the investment community.
Nadia also previously served as a paramedic for over 20 years, with over 4 years of education in advanced/critical care and aviation retrieval medicine. This experience has created sharp instincts and interpersonal skills which fosters connections and rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
Since 2018 she has volunteered as the Assistant Medical Director for HERO Client Rescue in Port Au Prince, Haiti. Through this position she has helped to develop the first pre-hospital program in Haiti and education for a multitude of local EMTs and Paramedics.
In August 2021, she was deployed to the Earthquake in Haiti as one of the lead coordinators and logisticians collaborating the local teams with the US Coast Guard and US DOD.
She has personally flown over 17 missions as a civilian medic with the USCG rescue teams which helped to prioritize local Haitian medical teams to lead the medical rescue operations on the ground.
Nadia is a founding member of the "Women Advancing Psychedelics" business networking group.
